The Auxilium app is on its way. Leave your name and we save you a spot.

  • First invite when the app opens
  • Your first job at the launch price
  • A real person calls you back

Phone or email, one is enough. No spam, ever.

What do you need today?

Most services make you read a price list first. Auxilium asks one question, because there are only two situations, and you already know which one you are in.

Why this exists

The carrier is not careless. Curbside is the contract.

Almost every large item sold online ships curbside, because curbside is the cheapest level of delivery and it is what the retailer bought. The driver is doing exactly what they were paid to do when they set your washer down on the driveway and drive away.

Which leaves one quiet assumption underneath the whole system: that somebody is home, able and willing to take it from there.

Home, not ableThe person who is there cannot lift a treadmill up a flight of stairs, and should not try.
Able, not homeThe person who could lift it is deployed, at work, or three time zones away.

Auxilium sells presence, not muscle.

The service we launch with

While you are away.

You give us the window you are gone, how we get in, and where things go. Then you stop thinking about it. Every delivery that lands is accepted, carried inside, photographed and time stamped to your phone the same minute.

  • Away fromNov 4 to Dec 22, or any window you set. Change it from your phone.
  • How we get inGarage code, lockbox, gate code or a key held under signature. Access is never shared with anyone outside the assigned crew.
  • Where it goesInside the garage and off the floor, the guest room, the studio. Your instruction, followed and photographed.
  • What you getA photo on arrival, the time it landed, and the condition it landed in. Proof before a claim is ever needed.

The delivery ends at your curb. We take it from there.

Same day your delivery lands, or any day after. Two people, a flat price you see before you book, and the packaging leaves with us.

  • Stairs and heavier itemsStairs and heavier complex deliveries may be subject to additional fees. You see it in your quote before you book.
  • Unpack and assembleOut of the box, put together, tested and levelled where that applies.
  • Packaging goneCardboard, foam and pallet leave with the crew. Included, not an add on.
  • Old item removedThe couch it replaces goes out the same trip if you ask.

How it works

One photo. Three taps. A price that does not move.

It installs from a link, so nobody has to find an app store and you never wait on Apple to approve anything. Send it to an eighty year old customer and it just opens.

Signed and photographed.

Every job ends with a before, an after and a signature on the crew phone, time stamped and stored against the job. It protects you, and it protects us, which is the only kind of protection worth having.

Every delivery needs someone home. That is the whole business.

For business

The accounts that call every week.

Consumers find us once, in a panic, and we are glad to help. These four send work on a schedule, and they are where the company actually gets built.

01

Medical equipment and senior care

Hospital beds, lifts and recliners delivered to people who physically cannot receive them. We sit on your approved vendor list and answer the phone.

02

Military and deployment

San Diego deploys on a calendar. We hold the keys, take the deliveries and photograph every one until the family is back.

03

Interior designers

Receiving, holding and white glove placement on install day, without a warehouse contract and without the freight elevator drama.

04

Retailers and carriers

Sell room of choice without running a crew. We are the last hundred feet under your name, at a standing rate per job.

Get a price

Tell us what it is and where it goes.

A photo and an address is enough. You get a flat number back the same day, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
